This isn’t our first stay at the hotel, we visit Harrogate and stay at the Majestic on at least two separate occasions each year. The staff, as ever, were polite and very hospitable. The room was beautifully clean and comfortably furnished. Access and usage of the Spa facilities were on par with previous visits - with the lovely addition of the hot tub - big enough for eight! We travel a lot around the UK and the Majestic is arguably up there in our most favourite UK hotels - comfort, cleanliness, staff, food and gym and spa facilities are all exceptional. Please do keep up the great hospitality and we look forward to seeing you again in a couple of months - Hilton Hon member #192976763.

Great location for Harrogate and exploring the area. Loved the children’s hour in the pool (included in the price too!), sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all lovely. Family room was huge, beds so comfortable and beautiful bathroom too with great showers in both the rooms and in the spa. Gentleman behind the bar helpful (sorry can’t remember his name). Lovely to see the hotel history documented on the bar tv and around the hotel.

Breakfast was really good but had to go back & forth to get our food/drinks etc - The friendliness of staff was first rate & we always received a smile 😀 Easy access to our room & Which helped my wife a great deal - We also had help with baggage which was great & a bonus was to have a housekeeping member knock on our door & ask if everything was ok & did we need anything else !!!!

Room was a lovely size with a big king size bed. The bathroom was nice and had a good walk in shower, with hot water every time . Loved the yogurt and compote of fruit at breakfast and the pancake maker was a novelty. The hotel is in a great location in Harrogate, in the city centre. The hotel has a lovely spa and swimming pool.

Excellent sized room with 2 king sized beds, ample room for a family of 4! Rooms were well maintained and very clean. Beds super comfy. No bath- shower only. Great location and would recommend the Taverna Greek restaurant within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!
